The Lovers’ Bridge, or Lovers Lane, is one of the most representative tourist attractions of the destination. It connects the islands of Providencia and Santa Catalina. It is a metal-structure bridge that links both islands, and its height allows small and medium-sized boats to pass underneath, making transportation more efficient. The bridge is also known for a local legend that says couples who cross it on full moon nights will stay together forever.
